Passenger rail service is delivered by VIA Rail. Westbound trains depart
from Stratford to Sarnia-Chicago, via London, daily at 1:03 p.m. and
7:46 p.m. Eastbound trains depart for Toronto, via Kitchener-Waterloo,
Monday through Friday at 6:03 a.m., 8:55 a.m. and 9:19 p.m.; and on
Saturday and Sunday at 8:55 a.m. and 9:19 p.m.
Three carriers provide daily freight rail service to Stratford: CANADIAN
NATIONAL RAILWAY, CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILWAY and the GODERICH-EXETER
RAILWAY COMPANY. Several business development lots in the Wright
Business Park have access to rail service.
